Looking for an authentic, peaceful and relaxing stay at a campsite near Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Avignon? In the heart of the Alpilles, Verbéla Village **** campsite offers a range of services and activities to enjoy memorable moments in a privileged setting.
The atmosphere is family-friendly, warm and welcoming. Each guest is personally greeted, and every stay is tailored to meet individual expectations.
Bar and restaurant
Our bar/restaurant, the Verbéla Café, is open from 1st May to 18th September.
We are open on weekends and public holidays during the low season from 4 p.m. (from 1st May to 10th July and from 22nd August to 18th September), and every day in July and August (from 10th July to 21st August).
Guests can enjoy refreshments, ice creams or simple, hearty meals: charcuterie platters, beef tartare, hake fillet, homemade salads, chips… not forgetting the children’s menu. Everything is designed to please every palate.
Join us for convivial moments with family or friends, sharing good food and good humour.
Entertainment
- Once a week (July/August), we organise a pétanque tournament – open to all ages! Everyone is welcome.
- Enjoy a great time together during our themed evenings: karaoke, live concerts, mussels and chips nights, paella... a different evening is held each week, full of joy and laughter.
No late-night partying here, but authentic, light-hearted entertainment in an intimate, friendly atmosphere.

- Tourist information and personalised advice for hiking, sightseeing or family outings.
- Bread and pastry orders (the day before for the next morning) in July/August. Freshly baked goods are delivered straight to your terrace or pitch every morning at 8 a.m. for a gentle wake-up filled with delicious aromas.

The Alpilles offer a perfect setting for discovering the region’s flora and fauna. As a true tourist crossroads of Provence, the area is ideal for many activities:
- Hiking: visit the Tourist Office to discover the different routes around our campsite.
- Cycling or mountain biking: explore the 22.5 km of the greenway that winds through the nearby villages. Take the trails, country lanes and small roads leading to the most beautiful villages of Provence (Please note: access to the Alpilles Regional Park is regulated in summer. Check safety conditions and restrictions before setting out).
- Golf: several courses are located just a few kilometres from the campsite.

The highlights of the campsite
Verbéla Village campsite became our family’s new home in 2023. We instantly fell under the spell of this lush, charming place, remarkable for its beauty and uniqueness, where the birdsong soothes visitors in spring and autumn, and the chirping of cicadas takes over in summer.
It is a human-sized campsite covering 1.24 hectares, with only 38 pitches divided between chalets and Grand Comfort pitches.
Each chalet is unique and tastefully decorated – some in a simple style, others more elaborately adorned.
There are no communal sanitary blocks. Each Grand Comfort pitch has its own private sanitary chalet on the plot.
An accessible pitch is also available, featuring a flat surface and an adapted bathroom located about 50 metres away. This pitch is also ideal for families, as the bathroom includes a baby changing area and generous space.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire campsite.
All our chalets (except the Lodge chalets) are air-conditioned.
